When dinner is served, the dining table is perfect for family-style meals. This home accommodates seven guests between two suites and the living area’s twin-over-twin bunk bed with a twin trundle. Sleep soundly in the primary suite, detailed with a king bed and direct outdoor access. Also accessible from the hallway, the en-suite bathroom holds a tub/shower combination. The guest suite includes a queen bed and an en-suite half bath. Unwind on the lakeside patio or the covered back porch. Enjoy a game of cornhole while burgers sizzle on the gas grill. A wood-burning firepit adds nightime ambience. Tie your boat up to the shared dock (20’ x 18’). The access point for larger boats is located next door, and smaller boats and jet skis can launch from the on-property ramp. Provided lake amenities include kayaks, and fishing poles. A long-term tenant occupies another cottage on the property. The dock is shared with the long-term tenant, as well as the homeowner. This property is managed by Vacasa South Carolina LLC.
