We had a great time at Yu's place during our family holiday in April 2024. This place is conviniently located just 5-6 minutes walk from a train station, which makes it really easy to commute to central Tokyo and to the airport. The neighbourhood is quite - ideal for families. The property has two toilets, which is rare for homes of this size. The host, Yu is always responsive and also provide very helpful suggestions. This independed house has most of the amenities required for a small family - although some of them are not yet listed in the list of amenities (e.g. electric kettle, sleepers to wear inside the house). So, ask Yu before deciding to carry anything. Two of the four rooms in this house has air-conditioners. It was not too cold when we visited this property. But I would assume that it would be quite cold in winter. Therefore requesting the host to consider installing airconditioners in other rooms. Finally, the stairs can be quite narrow and steep for the elderlies.

Yu is a nice and helpful host. He responded our inquiries promptly as well as providing good recommendations on transportation to Tokyo Disneyland. His place matches the description. It is great for family stay and is located in quiet suburb, good for resting after whole day travelling. And not that far from Keisei Tateishi station, whose location is strategic to reach Tokyo’s famous destinations. Definitely will select Yu’s place again for future Tokyo trips.

When we got off the Tateishi station, we proceeded to Mr Yu’s listed residence by following the video he previously sent us. Getting into the house was a breeze, and at first sight, my granddaughter exclaimed, ‘ it feels like home.’ It was a quaint house, with two rooms easily accommodating six persons. There were a lot of amenities provided which wouldn’t have been available had we booked a hotel like a stove, microwave and a dining table. I only wish though that the other room had also a heater since the temperature outside was in the single digits and it was snowing during the time we were in Tokyo. I would rate MrYu’s place a 9.5/10. P.S. Thank you Mr. Yu for your prompt response to our queries.

Friendly and helpful host. Convenient location, near the station and local shops. Well equipped house. Recommended.
