It was very nice. There were some issues with temperature control for the entire stay but the company did respond to my texts very promptly.

Worked great for what I needed. Because it has multiple units in the same place it would be nice if the directions for check in was more detailed for the one you are staying in. This unit wasn't the front door and no markings on each unit.

Someone clearly put a lot of time and TLC into making this a lovely, cozy space, so kudos to you! It was clean, quiet and functional. The challenge was the adjoining unit - we were misled by the numbers on the mailbox and tried to go through the wrong door... where we discovered a group blasting gangsta rap and a big cloud of pot/cigarette smoke. It turned out that they were just filming a video and they actually finished up shortly after we arrived... but the smoke lingered for days. Not sure who owns what, but someone needs to figure out how to keep fumes out of this unit regardless of next door activities.

The room was very cute and cozy. The decor was also as pictured. It took us a bit to find the entrance just because the property had been updated with a fence that was not pictured. However, when I reached out to Vacasa, their customer service was exceptional and prompt! Access to the thermostat was also great and it allowed for a warm and comfortable environment. The area is very quiet and no other guest appeared to be staying at the property next door. Would definitely bookmark this home for the future.
