Initially, we could not find the place. The number is not clearly defined. We went and had lunch. At lunch, when the Host's management company responded, I requested a way to contact them with a much quicker response time as they hadn't responded while we were on the street looking for the AirBnB. When we returned, we were able to get the key fob for the gate out of the lockbox. The gate would not open all the way to allow us to park inside. There is no space to park on the street. I had also downloaded the application as required by the Host to open the house front door. The application did not work. I asked for the Host or someone to come and open up for us. They said someone would come in 20 minutes. Around thirty minutes later, I asked where they were. The Host responded in Budapest which is like 40 minutes away. I asked when they were coming and they said they were not - that the property was self-check in. My Mom, her best friend, and I had to stay in a hotel.

Place was beautiful, the house gives a feel of peace. We enjoyed our time, it’s a good for family. The sponsor was replying directly to any question. One thing was unpleasant that they gave me wrong information about the location and the address So when we arrived around 3AM with my family, we took a taxi from the airport and we found ourselves in a totally different building with stairs which we had to pull our luggage up. Then we called them and they told us it’s not the same place and they insisted that they gave me the correct address which was not true. I had to take another taxi and he drove 40 minutes to reach the house . One other thing that the pool was closed I didn’t expect that especially the weather was warm we could enjoy swimming ( if only this unpleasant experience did not happen I would say everything was great)

We had a nice stay. The linens were noticeably clean and fresh. Our kids loved the outside play area and trampoline. The gym equipment was an added bonus. Host was extremely responsive with my many questions. The beds were firm. Would not recommend for elderly or very young children because the interior steps are VERY steep. Upon entering we noticed several dead bugs and cob webs, but that could be because no one rented the home for a while before us. But the host responded very quickly about this issue. Kitchen had all we need to prepare meals. Drive to Budapest ranged anywhere from 30 min to 1 hour.

Alles was degelijk in orde. Laszlo is een zeer toegankelijke eigenaar die je alles kan vragen. De zelf-check in is een groot pluspunt.
