Fik forkert kode til nøgleboks så vi stod 4 voksne + 4 børn og hund i 1,5 time inden det lykkedes os at kommunikere med en ikke dansktalende som ikke forstod problemer med nøgleboksen. Koden vi havde modtaget var til en ny nøgleboks som endnu ikke var opsat. Det er meget svært at komme i dialog med dancenter efter deres lukketid. De har ikke nået nød nr på deres hjemmeside og ellers henviser de til en mappe som ligger i huset, men det er svært når man ikke kan komme ind.

Me and my husband booked this house for the weekend, unfortunately we had a death in the family Friday morning, and I tried contacting the host ”Astrid” right away, because the funeral is on Saturday, and we a not able to stay at the house. I have tried writing several messages on the Airbnb app, but no replay, I tried answering the email the specifically said that I could reply to the host here, but the email bounced back with the answer that the email had expired, then I tried calling the number on the email that said “number for host”, the person how answered couldn’t help and didn’t know the host, but he gave me a different number to call. I called the number and the person how answered was extremely rude and told me that it was my problem, and when I tried to explain he talked over me and said “I already explained the procedure”, I then asked what he could do about it and he said he would take it up internally, I asked him to sent me an email confirming this, but he would not, I
