We stayed with Seamus and Leonie after a recommendation from our son who visited last year .He had a great time there and we weren’t disappointed either!! Such a warm welcome and they really put themselves out for us. Great accommodation which was a separate building behind the main house, private and spotless, with a fab breakfast provided both days we were there! Their local knowledge gave us a hike and a new understanding of the area , now we know that not all breaks are city or Beach. Lovely farmer’s market in Killaloe and gorgeous hike nearby , weather was sunny and countryside was beautiful. Highly recommend stay in a lovely part of Ireland .

Very nice stay, comfortable place with your own space with the benefit of having the hosts nearby. Seamus and Leonie were very friendly and helpful, ensured we had all we needed and made a delicious breakfast to set us up for the day before we left. Many thanks for the hospitality!

Leonie was so kind and welcoming and felt like an old friend rather than a host. the breakfast she provided kept me fed all day have never tasted bacon like it. there is a pool table in great nick too. heartily recommend to anyone visiting Tipperary. thank you so much for going above and beyond Leonie!

I had a really wonderful stay. Leonie and her daughter were really welcoming and kind. The place was lovely, clean and comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was really great also. Would definitely recommend!
