As stated with the person who called us, who was not Georgina by the way we do not feel the property is worth what we paid and are seeking to vacate the property as soon as possible communication was fine until we stated we were definitely leaving and wanted our money back now we face radio silence would not personally recommend the property as it didn’t match at all what was on the listing and looked vastly different to its pictures

The location of the apartment was great for our needs. Walking distance to most things and easily drivable otherwise. It should be noted that there is only street parking, not reserved parking spots for guests. Street parking was free, however not plentiful. We had to walk a little ways to get to the apartment. The space was generally clean and as described. I will note a few things though - there was no mirror and no trash bin in the bathroom. We had to use the trash bin in the kitchen for any bathroom trash items. There was a mirror in the hallway which served as a way to get ready, but not as convenient as a mirror in the bathroom would be. There were also no clean towels in the kitchen for wiping counters, drying dishes, or to use as a napkin when eating. There was occasionally a sewage type smell in the hallway and in the bathroom. Not sure what that was about or what brought the smell on as it seemed random. No complaints otherwise. Overall an okay stay.

Lovely place for a couple of nights stay at a good price. Slight smell of cigarette smoke on arrival, but didn’t notice after a bit of time
