A really comfortable apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and a jacuzzi-like hot tub (which is really worth it!). Excellent location and an excellent design. Also, there is a dedicated workspace which is a very important amenity for any digital nomad. Things to be aware of: 1) the bedrooms are internally located / have no windows, so if you are used to waking up with the sun, you may be inconvenienced; 2) the TV is huge and looks good, but is very slow to start up and hard to use with Chromecast, but if you only watch Netflix (which it supports natively) this shouldn't be a problem.

If you search for nice flat right in the middle of the Yerevan — this could be 100% match for you! Easy to find, live near nice local shops and cafes, and Opera, of course. Another great point of this flat — gorgeous massage bath — the best option after huge day, i guarantee it.
Michael is a great host! Very easy and friendly communication and quick answers to all questions! Check-in was easy and very fast. The apartment fully corresponds to the description, has everything you need. Just a great location!!! This is the center of Yerevan, almost everything is within walking distance - restaurants, attractions, etc. There is a fairly large supermarket nearby, 24 hours a day, so there was no need to go anywhere to buy food or any of the necessary things. I highly recommend it. We were very happy to spend time in Yerevan in Michael's apartment and hope to return as soon as possible!
Loved the place, plenty of space, very quiet location in the very heart of the city!
