In this private space, 18 steps above our detached garage, enjoy a peaceful country setting with stunning sunsets. Located 44 miles to Columbus, 26 miles to New Albany, 5 miles to Newark, 11 miles to Granville, 24 miles to Zanesville, it's just a short drive to restaurants, golf, a State Nature Preserve, Midland Theater, Denison University, businesses and industry. Country setting but only 1.3 miles from State Route 16.

Karen and Scott are wonderful hosts! Everything was very easy to access and communicate was clear! They provided coffee and snacks which was a wonderful touch! We will be booking with them again in the future!
Karen and Scott did a fantastic job with their space. It was just as the pictures depicted it. The Airbnb was very clean and peaceful. We felt so safe that I never locked the upper door or my truck (I did lock their garage door as per their instructions). The setting was serene and peaceful. From the kitchen to the bathroom, they had everything you would need. The bed was comfortable, and the sheets were very soft. This was a great value, and we will be back. A 5-star for sure! Thank you for hosting us.
We were headed for a conference when we stumbled onto this gem! It was super cute. The views from this charming place were stunning! I wish it were warmer outside. The patio was just perfect to watch the sunset. It was immaculate and hosts wonderful. I can confidently say I will return.
