This 5 bedroom eco-home home is very spacious. We are a short walk from the river Great Ouse, where you can paddle board and swim, or go for wonderful walks to St Ives. The A14 and A1 are within easy reach, and Cambridge is a very easy 20 minute drive. Hemingford Grey has a wide range of facilities including the Award winning “Cock” pub, village shop “Budgens”, children’s playing area, 12th Century church, Coffee shop and Pavilion sports club. The house is very spacious. There are 2 king sized bedrooms, both en-suite, plus 3 single bedrooms with a shared family bathroom. The open plan kitchen kitchen-diner-living room is perfect for hosting and entertaining. 5 meter wide bi-fold doors open out on to the garden. In the garden we have a lovely patio and an in-ground trampoline. There is a separate "kid's" room, with games and a TV. The main living room also has a large TV. We have a sitting room with a wood burner which is great for reading or playing the piano. There is a home office if you need a quiet workspace. A separate laundry room is available if you need to do any washing during your stay.
