We had a quick but wonderful stay. We can’t wait to come back to spend more time at this location.
Loved our 2 weeks near Nokomis Beach in Ty and Olivia’s home. Super clean and comfortable. Enjoyed our time on the 2 patios, either with morning coffee or evening dinner. We will definitely be back!
The cottage was just as described in the listing and our hosts were extremely responsive. They provided a booklet with details about places to go and a guest book for us to let them know how we enjoyed our stay in their well equipped home. Thank you for being such caring, responsive hosts.

Bordered by the beautiful cities of Sarasota and Venice, Nokomis is justifiably known for its beautiful seashore, many shopping opportunities and cultivated residential areas. The unincorporated town includes Nokomis Beach, at the south end of exclusive Casey Key. In addition to the attractions in nearby Sarasota, Nokomis offers lovely Gulf beaches and fishing for visitors, as well as the best place to shell and shark teeth seek and its beautiful shoreline. Visitors to Nokomis can enjoy small-town living and a relaxed beach town atmosphere, while also experiencing all that Florida’s Gulf Coast has to offer.
Our property is located in walking distance from Nokomis Beach, Pop's Sunset Grill on the water, Sweet Melissa's Ice Cream Shop, and a few stores to get swimming, surfing, and souvenirs from. We also recommend renting or bringing your bike as there are many trails located close by. Furthermore, this is a golf cart community. We have recommendations for street legal golf cart rentals that make it fun and breezy to get around well you stay with us.
