Welcome to my home - Jasmim Golden Duplex. Situated in the heart of Principe Real, and nestled between two beautiful plazas, this space is extremely special. This is a home for you to rest and relax in style, soak in Lisbon's light and air, and to day dream a bit. Designed by internationally renowned Quiet Studios, the spaces are beautiful and yet understated. Every corner of the house is thought of for comfort and togetherness. I hope you will enjoy this home as much as I do. Jasmim Golden Duplex is a unique two bedroom duplex. Both bedrooms are spacious and luxurious, with Hastens mattresses to ensure that you have the best sleep you can. When you open the black-out doors, Lisbon's light streams through to welcome you to the day and to bid you goodnight when it's time to go to sleep. A private balcony will welcome you outside both bedrooms as well. As you pass from the bedrooms to the common spaces, my office will welcome you in case you need to sit down to do any work. With an open crittal feature, you will enjoy the light and space of the living room, while still feeling separated and focused, surrounded by playful art. The living room and kitchen are large and open format, opening onto the second balcony of the house. The space is gentle and beautiful, with low couches, chairs and poufs. A unique table by Mircea Anghel, who was recently featured in the FT as a world-class artist, sits in the dining room and is surrounded by two trees to give diners the feeling of sitting in nature as you eat. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, as this is my home and I love to cook for myself and friends. A washing machine and dryer are tucked in a cupboard (a rarity in Lisbon), so you can clean your clothes as often as you want. As you climb the stairs to the terrace and tower, you will find a rare rooftop terrace. The space has built in couches and more seating, as well as a classic Argentinian-style grill in case you have experience as an 'asador' :) As you climb up from the terrace, you willl find the treasure of the home, a unique tower, built for meditating, reading, and conversation. The ceiling of the tower is painted with a mural which depicts a symbolic interpretation of my four favorite children's books... you can message me when you guess what they are.
