Each bedroom has 1 super king bed. These can be turned into 2 single beds if required, making them perfect for larger groups. Bedrooms 1 and 2 share the main bathroom on the middle floor, while bedrooms 3 and 4 both have en-suites. The 4th bathroom is a WC on the ground floor. There is a sofa bed in Bedroom 1 along with the super king, as well as a sofa bed in the living room. The sofa beds sleep 1 person each. This was a great place to stay. 25 mins from the NEC. was spacious with really comfy beds. Host was great with communication. Would absolutely stay here again when attending anything at the NEC. Only thing to note is make sure you take your own coffee pods as none are provided :)
Great place to meet up with family from Somerset. Lovely and warm on arrival, clean and smelt fresh. Large bedrooms ideal for our party of 9.
My friends and I had a lovely stay at this house. It's great size for a group with lots of bathrooms, and lovely comfy bedrooms, parking, and is convenient to local supermarkets. Henry was an excellent, responsive host, who shared lots of useful information in advance of our stay.
The house is in a very nice area of Tamworth. We booked it first time and everything was absolutely amazing. Enough space and clean. As we are from Germany we love clean rooms and especially bath rooms. Nothing to claim. During our stay there was a problem with a big water pipe nearby and the water didn’t work for hours Henry directly informed us when it will be fixed and granted an another night stay for free. We were so happy and strongly recommend to take this AirBnB.

There is ample free parking in the immediate area. The driveway has space for 2 cars end-to-end. Free parking spaces can be found on any of the surrounding streets. For larger cars, we recommend parking on Pewter Court or Valley Drive, which are within a 30s walk from the property. Once you have booked, we will provide a guestbook with all the relevant information including further parking details.
Wilnecote train station is a 15 minute walk from the property. Trains take 4 minutes to Tamworth Centre, or 15 minutes to Birmingham New Street. Local Taxi Services into Tamworth cost £8, and take 10 minutes. Uber X costs £12. Bus stops with services that run into Tamworth are on Ninian Way (No. 8) or Welford Road (No. 76). The bus takes 30 minutes.
If you and your group have flown in to either Birmingham or East Midlands Airport, these are both 20-30 minutes drive from the property. If you have not rented a car, we recommend either Nins Taxi or CJB Taxis for airport transfers. They are both quality local businesses. Failing that, Uber will cater for your needs.
