Second great place I have stayed in Baku so far. Although location is the city center, it is also silent and comfy. There is a metro station close by. Lots of restaurants and 24 hour grocery stores nearby (maps apps doesn’t show it). Also there is this 24 hour buffet type of restaurant around the corner, food quality, price and variations are great. Apartment is as described, and it is big. Great view from balcony. TV was smart and has Netflix in it too. Apartment was clean. And the owner is responsive. If you will need something he will be around.

Nice location, everything is nearby, metro station Xatei is very easy to find and get to the downtown. Apartment was nice, spacious and clean. The things and household items that were missing had been delivered very fast.
