Rest and relax in your Resort Style Oasis. Your group will be minutes from the Chiang Mai attractions and just steps from dozens of restaurants and local shops! Jet into Old City or Nimman in 15-20 minutes ★Fantastic open concept living, kitchen & dining; Large private patio ★Professionally cleaned before your arrival This Pool villa is the perfect place for families, groups of friends, couples, co workers, and anyone looking for comfortable, private, and spacious escape. We designed the Villa as well as the resort style pool and pavilions to allow visitors to totally unwind and soak up the relaxing vibes of Chiang Mai. The entire villa is on a single story and the open concept floor plan will allow your entire group to spread out and relax together while enjoying a home cooked meal or watching something on the 4k Smart TV (With Netflix account provided). The accordion style doors allow you to open up your entire front wall to connect with the patio if you'd like a true open-air experience. ★Please make sure to read the "Managing expectations" section at the bottom of this description so you can make a totally informed decision! ★Sleeping★ When its time for bed, you'll get to relax and recharge on hotel quality mattresses, linens, and pillows. You'll have three large bedrooms. One has a king size (6 foot) bed and ensuite bathroom. The other two bedrooms have queen size (5 foot) beds. All bedrooms have wardrobes for you to unpack and organize your things. There will be plenty of electrical outlets and large mirrors for helping you get ready for the day. If your group is larger, we offer a floor mattresses and extra bedding and linens. The couch is also super comfortable and big enough for one or even two guests to sleep on! ★Cooking★ The home was built in 2023 by passionate (or at least enthusiastic) home cooks, and the kitchen is built to western standards (but no oven or dishwasher - sorry!). Its stocked with all the equipment necessary to whip up a home cooked meal. There is a Lotus Fresh about 300 meters away, and a Rimping about 2KM away! If you don't feel like cooking, then don't! There are literally dozens of local restaurants, including the highest rated burger shop in Chiang Mai (seriously) within 2 to 5 minute walk. If you want food delivered, there are also hundreds of options on the food delivery apps like GRAB and Food Panda. ★Eating★ For dining, you can spread out and enjoy a family style feast at the huge custom teak wood table, or you can take your meal out to your private patio and enjoy lunch while enjoying the view of the pool! You're also more than welcome to bring your snack to the pool or outdoor living rooms in the pavilions. ★Pool and Pavilions (Cabanas)★ You have total access to the pool and Cabanas all day and night. If you want to use them at night, we can show you how to turn on the pool lights. There are two pavilions/cabanas with outdoor living rooms which can each sit 6+adults, as well as a long bar that can sit another 6. We have an HD projector that we can set up in the evenings if you'd like to watch netflix or music videos. Feel free to lounge on the floating chairs or do some short laps in the 10 meter (~33 foot) pool, any time of day or night. During night time use, we ask that you be respectful and keep voices and music down. Most bedrooms are on the opposite side of the building from the pool, so normal speaking volume and quiet music should not be an issue! The Pool and Pavilions are shared with two other Villas, so you may see other people enjoying them. The total space is adequate for 30+ adults (and there will never be that many), so you will always have plenty of room to stretch out and keep to yourself if you like :). Since there are only 3 Villas using the space, you'll probably have it to yourself quite often as well! We supply pool towels in the cabana closer to your villa. That cabana also has a half bath and separate outdoor shower. ★Private Patio★ Sit and enjoy a meal or drink on your large (30sq meters or 350 square feet) private patio. You'll have plenty of seating options and you can even open your accordion style sliding doors to make your patio and your villa into one continuous space. ★Accessible★ Elderly people and people with disabilities should be very comfortable in this villa! The villa is totally accessibly without using any stairs and all pathways are at least 1.2M wide. If you have any specific concerns about accessing spaces inside the villa, please enquire with your concern and requirement and we will share photos or measurements to make sure it will be a good fit :). ★Managing Expectations★ We truly believe you will most likely love your experience, however we want to make sure you are totally informed before you decide to book! Mosquitos and bugs: We have taken many measures to minimize the frustration of mosquitos and other insects, but this is Thailand and they are part of the deal :). - Every room, as well as your patio and the Pavilions/cabanas have ceiling fans which help to deter mosquitos. - In the Pavilion we supply a "mosquito" kit which includes bug spray and mosquito coils which produce a fragrant smoke which deters mosquitos. - The pavilions have mosquito lights which you can turn on at night. We will also stock extra mosquito lights for if you would like to plug some inside your villa. - Opening the sliding accordion doors creates an amazing indoor/outdoor living experience, but please be aware that it does invite mosquitos to migrate into your villa. Generally it can work well to just close them before sun down and you avoid most of them. Shared walls: Your villa is NOT the entire building. Please review the photos in the listing that display the blue box around your villa. Your villa is on the right side of the property (when facing the front of the property) and is the downstairs portion. There is another 3 bedroom villa above yours. to the left of your villa is where the host lives. All shared walls and ceilings are double reinforced concrete and very sound resistant. Your villa is also equipped with dark curtains so you can have total privacy inside your villa. Shared pool and pavilions: The pool and pavilions are shared with 2 other villas, so you may see other travelers or the host's family. The space was designed to be adequate space for 30+adults at a time, so you will never feel crowded, and will always have plenty of space to keep to yourself and still enjoy the space! Since it's only three total villas sharing the space, you will often have it all to yourself as well, though we cannot guarantee that. Parking: The designated parking is on the street in front of the villa. There is plenty of parking for multiple vehicles within 10 meters of the front gate, but please note that the parking is not covered, and is not monitored. Your villa is in a very small and safe neighborhood. Smoke Season: In the March and April months, Northern Thailand and much of the surrounding region can see a decline in air quality as the weather turns very hot and dry and fires send smoke into the air. All rooms of your Airbnb are equipped with power air purifiers to ensure clean healthy air inside the Airbnb.
