Great experience! Warm welcome with champagne and a charcuterie board. Greti, the cleaner and breakfast cook, was extremely warm and friendly. The house is very comfortable and the experience was generally very seamless.

From the moment we enquired to the moment of our arrival, Nicolas was responsive and nothing was too much trouble. We were blown away by the house, it's facilities, location, how well equipped it was and the space for our whole family to spread out. Nicolas arranged ski hire, made restaurant recommendations, organised babysitting and food in the fridge for our arrival through himself and his team. We were met and given a tour of the house at a time that suited us perfectly. Quite honestly, the pictures do not do the house justice. The area at the rear of the house was perfect for our grandchild to sledge down ... what a bonus! We were treated to a fully decorated Christmas tree, fresh flowers, a charcuterie board and champagne when we arrived. Our family of 6 adults, 2 teenage children and two small children had a wonderful stay. Thanks Nicolas.
