Ideal for someone who needs a place to spend the night comfortably and explore the iconic city of Edinburgh and nearby areas during day. There is no kitchen facility available. Due to religious reasons, no non-vegetarian food is allowed to bring in the house. Eg. Eggs, fish, or any other non-vegetarian food. It's a cozy, private double bedroom with king size bed. Perfect for a couple or individual. Bathroom is shared. 24 hrs hot water available and good heating system. Wi-fi is available. There is no kitchen facility available.

It’s very easy to come to this house from City centre. The place was really neat and clean. I had a very comfortable sleep. The host is really nice and friendly. I loved staying there. If I come to Edinburgh again, I’m definitely gonna stay there. Lovely house!

A very peaceful and quiet newly built neighbourhood.
As there is some construction ongoing on site, it can sometimes become noisy during day time
Our location provides quick access to the city bypass, making it easy to explore other parts of Scotland by car.
If you are travelling by public transport, Lothian route 31 bus stop is 5 minutes away by walk from our place. 31 route buses have very good frequency and an excellent connectivity to city centre (less than 30 minutes far). The nearest bus stop is Gilmerton Dykes Road (not Gilmerton Dykes Street)
