Welcome to our cozy condo only half a mile from the Naval Academy and Downtown Annapolis. Don’t be fooled! It’s a 1 bedroom, 1 bath but it boasts comfortable beds with a Cali king in the main bedroom, queen sized murphy bed, and a queen pull out couch. There are views (and a pool) on the roof and it’s less than 100 feet from the water (Spa Creek). It’s also super close to a lot of amazing restaurants that are only a short walking distance. We can’t wait to show you the magic of Annapolis!

We had a great stay visiting our son at the Naval Academy. Our place was private, quiet and within a short walking distance to historic Annapolis and the Naval Academy. We enjoy staying in Eastport, as it has great restaurants. The place was clean and very comfortable. We will definitely return.
The condo was in great location to enjoy Annapolis. There was always available parking and the condo was nice and clean at check-in. The condo was well supplied with everything we needed. Madisyn was always quick with replies to questions prior to our arrival. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

Loved this apartment. It was perfect for my family. My wife loved the decorations. I loved the proximity to downtown Annapolis. My daughters loved each having their own bed. The apt maximizes every inch with the pullout queen couch and Murphy bed.
Location was excellent. Hosts had good communication. Nice place!
