入住，感受很好，房东叔叔每天打扫的非常干净。离球场很近。

虽然他们的房子不在市中心，但是挨着大学很近，周边就有中餐，也是房东小姐姐给我发的定位，中国胃一定要时不时地慰问一下。他们所在的区域人少，安静，治安好，他们家隔壁就是个大型足球场，如果有赛事，那不要太方便。他们那里，地铁后要再转个小火车，但是稍微熟悉一下马德里的交通后，就发现其实很方便。住宿期间，是房东小哥哥帮我解决的斗牛票，房东小姐姐还特意嘱咐我早上煮他们买的饺子。他们家有条腊肠犬，粘人得不行，硬要把它的玩具给我，可爱的很。对于中国游客来说，有个中文房东可以解决很多刚到西班牙的问题。

Yujie est très accueillant! Le logement correspond à l’annonce: propre et fonctionnel. Par contre il ne faut pas avoir peur des chiens: le leur est très gentil et énergique. Je recommande.

Yujie and his wife were very proactive and welcoming hosts. Yujie was quick to respond to messages and they were both kind enough to let me drop off my luggage at the apartment before the check-in time and letting me come back after check-out when I left a belonging behind. Yujie’s wife made sure I was comfortable by checking on me and offering me a pair of slippers to wear around the house. The room and bathroom, and the apartment in general, were spotless with all the described amenities and I felt very comfortable my entire stay. The cherry on top is their dog, who is extremely affectionate and friendly. Thank you both for a great stay!

I had a nice stay, the hosts are super an they respect your spaces. The room is quite big and sleeping is comfortable. It is near the stadium and is also quite near the train and mtro station.
