What can I say!!! what a little gem!!!!! Eight of my family came away for my daughters 18th birthday and what a lovely stay we had. Had great communication with Magdalena always on hand if we needed anything. The house is beautifully designed inside, a home from home feeling, kitted out with everything you need down to the little details. lovely gift basket on arrival 😋 We also had a pirate treasure map which we had to find the clues round the garden ( me, my husband and 2 kids 18 and my 13 year old son were doing this) we had great fun!!!!!!😁 The house is very spacious inside and out, bedrooms beautifully decorated too. Out side is even more spectacular covered hot tub, table chairs with covers at night if needed, Games room with pool, tv, air hockey, football table and even a fridge outside for beers etc. Amazing!!!!!! We will definitely be returning. Amazing hosts and an Amazing house. THANKS.

We have just got back from a weekend at this amazing house, the house was so clean and tidy and the hosts were very helpful and friendly. We couldn’t have picked a better house it was so big and was equipped with everything we could have needed and more. The hot tub and games room are outstanding and everyone loved them. The added extras that the hosts did for us were amazing and the kids really enjoyed the fun of them all. If I could give it 10 stars I would, we are all looking forward to returning again.

We’ve had an amazing time at Magdalenas place . My children absolutely loved everything what the house &garden can offer . They’ve had endless fun in the hot tub , which was clean and well maintained by Magdalena throughout our stay , theyve also spent lots of time playing in the games room . All The beds were very comfortable to sleep in, the rooms are spacious and the whole house is very cosy and clean . We all had So much fun during our stay and would definitely visit and stay again. Magdalena and her husband was very welcoming and they treated the children with surprises throughout our stay which the children all loved . The location is perfect few minutes walk to the shopping centre & beach. Very quiet neighbourhood, perfect atmosphere to relax in. Thanks again xx

This holiday home was perfect!! Perfect base - located in a quiet residential area, but literally a 5min walk from the Skegness bus & trian stations. Also just a 5min walk to Skegness Pleasure Beach where there's no end of restaurants, entertainment, amusements, shops and not forgetting the sand and sea!! The house was thoughtfully kitted out and was like a mini resort in itself with its own hot tub and a fantastic games room - providing hours of entertainment for all!! Magda and Mike were also the most wonderful hosts having left such personalised touches tailored specifically for our break. They'd also prepared a lovely Easter Egg hunt with the kids in mind - which meant it was excitement from the moment we set foot in the house!! If that wasn't generous enough, we received a daily treat from them for all the family to enjoy!! Such lovely host and a wonderful holiday home where we felt right at home. We had endless fun and have made great memories. We'll definately visit again😄

Stayed here for 3 nights with our family and the place is fantastic for both adults and kids. The kids particularly enjoyed the games room and hot tub. The cottage inside has everything needed. Fabulous hosts and a fabulous place with the location a stroll to the town centre.
