Welcome to our newly built Mediterranean penthouse -- the perfect spot to relax in after a day out exploring Malta. Located in Sliema, within minutes walking to the Valletta ferry, nightlife, pool clubs, seaside swimming, specialty coffee shops and fine dining restaurants. The terrace has Valletta views, a pool with a heating option*, lounge chairs, outdoor kitchen and dining area, complete with a BBQ. The main suite features a large bathtub and ensuite with rain shower and a Super King sized bed (200x200cm), and Valletta views from the bed. The second suite has a dedicated workspace and balcony access, a Super Queen sized bed (180x200cm) and a 45" 4k Smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with all standard dishes and appliances, including a Nespresso machine. The living room features a 55" 4k Smart TV We can provide baby essentials (crib and high chair) upon request. *Pool can be heated for €20/day, takes 12 hours to heat up to desired temperature (max 35c). With advance notice of your desired temperature, we can preheat before you arrive.

Logement exceptionnel, confortable, propre, très bien équipé, belle vue et très bien situé. Literie de très bonne qualité. Nos hôtes étaient très réactifs et de bons conseils. Le réfrigérateur était rempli à notre arrivée ce qui est fort agréable après un long voyage, tout comme la table de bienvenue. Il ne manque rien, café, thé, huile, sel, poivre, liquide vaisselle ….. bref parfait. Le garage pour notre voiture était un très bel atout. Merci pour votre réactivité et votre gentillesse durant tout notre séjour.
