Relax and unwind in the heart of the South Downs National Park. These two luxury cedar cabins are set side by side within the potager garden beside the main farmhouse and are surrounded by beautiful countryside. Each cabin sleeps two, and has an open plan layout with neutral tones, creating a light and airy space complemented by rustic furnishings and comforting detail, with a king-size bed, generous bathroom and kitchen. The Potager The Potager cabin is set on one level, with wooden floors throughout. There is a king-size bed, a chest of drawers, and some hanging space. Beside the sleeping area is a small sofa, a large pine cupboard full of games, books, maps etc and a smart TV. The kitchen consists of a fridge, kettle, toaster and coffee machine, a microwave/combination oven, and a countertop two-ring electric hob. Please note there is not a conventional oven/cooker in this kitchen. There is a small table and two dining chairs, which would also be suitable as a workspace. There is a separate bathroom which has a large shower, washstand, and toilet with a heated towel rail and underfloor heating. In front of the cabin is a patio, seating and gas BBQ. The Coop The Coop is also open-plan with beautiful exposed ceiling beams, and wooden floors throughout with a single step up to the sleeping area and bathroom which separates it from the living area by an open balustrade. There is a king-size bed, a chest of drawers, and small wardrobe. In the living area is a generous sofa, footstool and coffee table. There is a smart TV with access to all of your streaming accounts. The kitchen consists of a two-ring gas hob, single oven with grill, fridge, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. There is a small table and two dining chairs, which would also be suitable as a workspace. The generous bathroom has a Victoria + Albert double-ended claw foot bath, large shower, basin and toilet with a heated towel rail and underfloor heating. In front of the cabin is a patio and gas BBQ. Laundry The washing machine and tumble drying are located in the shared laundry room located in between the two cabins. There is also a sink, clothese airer and iron. Shared garden The potager garden is a shared space for the two cabins, and the owners may come and go to tend and water the beds. Titty Hill Farm has satellite internet with speeds exceeding 100 Mbps. This is free for customer use. There is also a fast EV charger in the parking area, which is chargeable to guests.
