We are electrical contractors. We travel everywhere for work. We decided to try out the long term stay for our first time with Airbnb. Emily was such a great host guiding us. We were unsure if we wanted to stay long term, so we stayed a couple nights at the airbnb to decide. We asked for a couple things before making it a long term stay, and Emily did not hesitate to try to meet our askings. She’s such a great host and going above and beyond. Thank you Emily!

Upon first encountering this listing, my initial reservations arose from its lack of reviews and because the pictures were a little different than now. My decision to book this property leaned more on intuition than deliberate consideration, and it turns out my gut feeling was spot-on. This property is a pristine, spacious, and charming gem. Regarding the neighborhood, we encountered no issues and felt secure throughout our stay. While some have mentioned the proximity to a train (which is true), it was ok for us. The bunk bed in one of the bedrooms was a delightful surprise, boasting excellent mattresses. However, the king-size mattress in the other bedroom was too soft for my back, and I had to sleep in the living room on the second night due to a lack of support. This property is a delightful, family-friendly option, meticulously clean and well-maintained. If the pricing aligns with our budget and the property is available, we will stay here again.

The place was quaint and cozy and as described. The renovated bathroom was lovely. Awesome to have off street parking for unloading. The one thing that the owner has no control over is a railroad crossing a couple blocks away that had us up a few times over our stay. It was just what we needed on short notice, and I appreciated the owners prompt communication.
