Kevin was extremely easy to communicate with and friendly. He was plesant, accommodating, and also helpful with unexpected issues that occured in our own personal situations! Id absolutely recommend Kevin's place!

Kevin is a great host! He communicated well and in a timely manner right from booking and through out my stay. This cute newly renovated bi level home is nestled on a hill side of a beautiful quiet country location. The house was clean and the linings fresh. The house is minutes from historic downtown Salem where there is many great restaurants. I would recommend Kevin and his property to anyone. The only unfortunate part of my stay is that I was busy and didn't have more time to enjoy this amazing property. Thanks again Kevin and if I am ever back in the area, I will sure stay again!

The house was absolutely beautiful, it was worth the pricing as well the host Kevin was very friendly and responsive. Will definitely be coming back again!
