We are delighted with Quirico and his apartment! The apartment is much better in reality than in the photos, large, bright, sunny, freshly renovated, with everything you need for your stay. The windows of one of the two large bedrooms overlook a quiet courtyard. You can sleep with the open windows . It is quiet and cozy at night. The mattresses and pillows are orthopedic, very comfortable. Everything is done and provided by owner as if for himself. Quirico is the best host we have met in all these years since 2016 on Airbnb. He is very attentive, hospitable, sincere and generous, ready to satisfy your requests.We are very touched by his incredible attention to us. We accidentally found the Quirico apartment after 3 days of searching! It was our luck! Wonderful accommodation incredibly clean at an adequate price almost in the center of the city and even with such an attentive responsive super host! We made the best choice out of hundreds of possible! We recommend it! You will not regret

Apartament oddalony od centrum 15 min spacerkiem. Spokojna okolica, w pobliżu dostępne sklepy spożywcze i lokalne restauracje. Sam apartament nowy, czysty, komfortowy. Wyposażony w podstawowe sprzęty AGD i klimatyzację w salonie. Z tyłu dostęp do niewielkiego tarasu ze stolikiem i krzesłami. Gospodarz bardzo szybko odpowiada na wiadomości, udziela wskazówek odnośnie okolicy. Jest bardzo komunikatywny i sympatyczny. Wykazuje zainteresowanie pobytem i komfortem gości. Serdecznie polecam!!

The apartment is new, clean and spacious. It has 2 big bedrooms with double beds and huge wardrobes. The living room+kitchen is also very big, the kitchen has everything you need for cooking - fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, kitchenware, there is a washing machine. There is a backyard/terrace where you can dry your clothes or have a meal when it's not sunny on that side. There is air conditioner in the living room. The apartment looks very nice. Communication with the host, Quirico, was excellent, he is very punctual, flexible and friendly and answered immediately to all our questions. The location is pretty quiet, it's a street with individual houses. The nearest minimarket is about 5 min of walk. The bus stops we needed for the buses 4 and 5 (going to Pittulongu beach, Porto Istana beach and Porto Rotondo) are 13 min of walk. The same distance is to a very nice St. Simplicio church. We recommend visiting these places. And highly recommend this host and location!

The house is located in a quiet street at 5 minutes drive to the center of Olbia. A large market is 3 minutes by car or 10 minutes walk, and a small market is a 2-minute walk away. All rooms and bathroom are spacious, bright and simply with taste decorated. The beds are very comfortable. Everything is new, clean, spacious, fully equipped for a comfortable stay. The host is very friendly, responding to messages and questions in the short term. We even got a ride from our host to the airport at 5am. All recomendations to the host and the apartment.
