This flat it´s part of “Uppe villa” a singular restored Villa, integrated in a very typical neighborhood in the heart of historic Castelo and Alfama neighborhood. It comprises three new confortable apartment fully equipped and decorated. We have rehabilitated entirely our house in 2016. In this extensive and laborious work, we tried to use, as much as possible, natural materials such as stone, wood and cork in a fusion of contemporaneity with the comfort of a rustic house. Located on the most heritage area in Lisbon, close to all and most significant monuments, benefiting from next sightseeing views over the houses of Lisbon, its hills and the Tagus River. Our location in a very quite and tranquility street, allows you to receive a strong light , and relaxing all this in a single, discreet and elegant apartments. We benefit from being close to everything in a walking distance, without noise and traffic of cars. From here the distances are easily solved walking by the streets, using public lifts or with a excellent and proximity to a vast network of public transport, bus or subway. Rossio Square or Terreiro do Paço square, next to the river are only 10 minutes in a quite and pleasant walk. Next to us there s the main entrance in Castle of S. Jorge, “Sé” Cathedral, some of the best seighseeing point in town, as well as beautiful and charming small squares where you can enjoy wonderful views to River Tejo.

After a mix up at check in, which was promptly dealt with, we had a lovely relaxing stay. Bapt replied promptly to any issues or questions. The apartment is in a beautiful peaceful location and is perfect for 2 people.
Great stay for 3 nights in Lisbon. Perfect airbnb for two people. Has everything we needed. We didn’t cook there but simple cooking would be possible. Extremely convenient for walking to sights in Old Lisbon. Very comfortable. Would recommend.
When we were looking for a place to stay in Lisbon we wanted a traditional old town feel but mostly we wanted a quiet place. The location is very very peaceful, the bed amazingly comfortable, very hot water and nice heat and a/c. The furniture was very nice and place very clean. Bapt is very friendly and I would highly recommend their service to pick up and drop off from the airport so you’re not dragging your bags thru the streets. The bus picks up to go to the square right at the end of the road if you don’t want to walk. But we loved the food workout of climbing the hills of Alfama. The restaurants next door offer delicious breakfast and dinner and live music until 7pm in the winter. We are so happy that we found this place. Please note that the apartment is lovely but tiny - not a lot of storage space either but we were gone exploring so it wasn’t an issue. Also note that Lisbon has street lamps and two are outside the apartment so we wore eye masks at night to sleep
Bapt’s place was cozy and warm like at home. Whatever we needed are well equipped. Distance to core downtown area was within 15 minutes by walk and the area was safe at late night. Mostly, it is just underneath of the Castelo S. Jorge. Strongly recommend to any future guests!
Un appartement très calme à quelques pas du château. l'hôte est réactif. La chambre donne sur la pièce du vie avec un rideau et une porte coulissante. Un canapé/lit est disponible dans la pièce principale qui fait aussi cuisine. une petite salle de bain/toilette derrière une porte donne sur cette même pièce. je regrette juste le manque de rideau occultant qui laisse passer la lumière de la rue. et le manque d'un rideau côté cuisine pour l'intimité. vraiment un bel endroit, très au calme pour visiter cette belle ville. je recommande

To reach us the most comfortable and faster way it´s with our door to door private transport, by car or minivan (7 seats). Our driver will be waiting just outside the custom service doors with your name visible in a orange paper. To book is simple, just add on your flight schedule email that you wish our transfer service.
If you decide to come by underground train from the airport, should leave in “Alameda” and switch to the green line, direction “Cais do Sodré” and leave in Rossio/Praça da Figueira. Once here get the small bus 737 to the “Castle” and go till the end. It´s a 10 minutes ride. Walk 50m by Travessa de São Bartolomeu and we are the corner Villa, number 2.
