We are settled between Sebring International Raceway, Sebring Regional Airport and Lake Istokpoga. The 5th largest lake in Florida boasts award winning Large Mouth Bass, Catfish, Bluegill, Redear Sunfish, 5 public boat ramps, 2 public parks and air boat rides. Our picturesque, quiet yet friendly, community sports pickleball and basketball courts, picnic areas, biking and walking trails. Keep a camera with you as you may sight beautiful wildlife. Sunsets and wine are not hard to find. Smoke free peaceful environment. Cheerful villa with front terrace & hammock, back lanai with sunset views, a 2nd hammock and gas grill upon request.

Loved staying at Susan’s place! She was so conversational and helpful. I’m new to the area and think I made a new friend.

Susan was the perfect host. She is thoughtful, funny, smart and outgoing! Susan knows the area very well and can give recommendations for everything from places to eat, live music, parks and lakes, etc. Her home is very clean, and she respects your privacy. This location is close to everything you need. It was such a wonderful experience that I will be staying here again.

Susan..... a great host, went above and beyond asking my preferences for coffee/tea (Im a Britt so Tea is mega important to me!) I chose coffee so Susan asked if I liked vanilla/hazelnut creamer etc and provided. Susan is very versed with the local eating/drinking establishments which is helpful. I had work and leisure mixed so came & went on my own freewill which I think suited us both. Bed super comfortable, bedroom/en-suite ideal as it was possible for privacy if required. All in a nice clean/comfortable place to stay and I would recommend for a single or indeed couple to consider if looking for a central Florida bolthole.

Villa is located in Sebring International Golf Resort, Sebring Florida. The neighborhood is quiet yet friendly. Easygoing.

We are settled between Sebring International Raceway, Sebring Regional Airport, Aviation School, and Lake Istokpoga. The 5th largest lake in Florida boasts award winning Large Mouth Bass, Catfish, Bluegill, Redear Sunfish, 5 public boat ramps, 2 public parks, horseback riding and air boat rides. This is a hot spot for Tournament Bass Fishing.
Our picturesque, quiet yet friendly, golf community sports basketball and pickleball courts, biking and walking trails. Keep a camera with you as you may sight beautiful wildlife. We also have plenty of fishing spots including the back canal. If you enjoy biking and horseshoes then bring them along.
We have a pizzeria Thur-Sunday, a pub, darts, dancing, Billards, 4 restaurants, a convenient store and Dollar General within our community less than a couple miles away.
The Golf Resort is a sprawling 352-acre property surrounded by natural, authentic Florida landscapes. Over 17 miles of canals wind through the property which is nestled inside a community of 4,500 people.
Sebring International Raceway is one of the busiest motorsports facilities in North America, active more than 300 days a year with private testing, clubs, corporate events, driving schools and other special events.
