We had a lovely time staying in this cosy house. The house was fairly basic, but had everything you'd need for a short break. Decor was pleasant, but everything felt slightly cheap or in need of some work. Nothing major or that impacted it's use, but not high quality furniture. There is a street light right outside the bedroom window and the blinds don't do a great job at keeping the light out. Note that the stairs are really very steep!

Great home, exactly as desribed and shown on the listing. Clean and tidy and only a 15 minute walk into Derby city centre, at the bottom of a small street of terrace housing and was perfect for us. The host was helpful and responsive, would stay here again.

This is a really beautiful house! The place was incredibly set out, is perfect for small groups / solo travellers. The landlord is absolutely fantastic! Kind, polite, and always responds in less than half an hour no matter what time, very professional and incredibly welcoming. The location is great, a little supermarket literally just around the corner, and only a ten minute walk to bigger supermarkets like ALDI/LIDL, while also being an easy walk to the city centre! I had an absolutely fantastic time, and will 100% be recommending this to anyone I know staying in Derby in the future.

Lovely, very clean and comfortable place. Items in house well thought through. Good location for things to do. There’s a great local breakfast cafe across the road. Think it’s called the corner cafe.
