Lovely! Beach views and great food within walking distance! I have a cat allergy, and I expected my allergies to react much more than they did. I could tell there was a cat upstairs, but there was no fur in the rental. Very quiet neighborhood. The socially anxious might enjoy this place, too.

While Tatiana's place had its charms, such as its cozy ambiance and convenient location, there were a few aspects that made our stay less enjoyable. Unfortunately, there was a noticeable odor present upon our arrival, which seemed to be associated with cat urine. Despite our efforts to ventilate the space by opening windows, the scent persisted. This made it challenging to fully relax and get a good night's sleep. In hindsight, the mention of being 'sensitive to cats' in the listing might have been interpreted differently. We assumed it referred to potential allergies rather than an odor issue. Therefore, I would advise those who are particularly sensitive to cat odors to consider alternative accommodations. Overall, while our experience was somewhat dampened by this issue, we appreciated Tatiana's efforts to make us feel welcome, and we are hopeful that this feedback will contribute to an even more pleasant stay for future guests.

We had a great stay. The house and neighborhood were quiet and comfortable. We usually only knew whether our hosts were home upstairs by the absence of their car.
