It is very centrally located and is walking distance to everything. Be at the ocean in less then a minute or at a choice of beaches and parks within a 5 min walk. Historico Centro and all the markets are less then a 10 minutes away. Lots of great eateries close by. This is an lovely older home in the historical section of mazatlan that has been converted into 5 suites . Each one private, with airconditioning, comfortable beds, strong wifi and TV with netflixs. A nice, safe neighborhood that is close to everything.
