worst experience for a place I've had yet in 7 years of using air bnb. the house is ran by a company and a host. they literally don't talk to one another. I didn't receive a lock box access code. waited for 45 minutes once I got to the house. finally thr maintenance guy got back to me. then the heat didn't work. I was told by the maintained guy that the furnace was new and the settings must be messed up. to top it off the company that runs the house, booked my stay one day short but the hostlet us stay for the inconvenience. all and all this was just a bad experience and poorly ran property. been using air bnb for 7 years now and would never leave a review like this unless it was deserved. this house needs to be maintained or at the very least better communication from the management company and host. the house was clean and advertised correctly so there is some high point.

We loved this stay, it was in a convenient location with lots to do around the area. It was within 18 minutes drive to downtown Indianapolis, and just about a minutes drive to downtown Greenwood. The pictures online do not do the space justice, there’s plenty of space and everything looks newly remodeled. I will say that there are not a lot of things stocked in the kitchen, such as pots, and pans and cups; but that was not an issue for us. There’s a nice area outside with a fire pit that we wish we had more time to use. We will definitely book this exact location anytime we come back to Greenwood.
