Also, on the ground floor, the well-equipped Galley Kitchen has an electric Neff Hob and Oven, toaster and a kettle and a window that looks through to the patio. The utility area has a small fridge/freezer and washing machine. If you prefer to dine alfresco, head outside to a private terrace, with a bistro table and four chairs. An all-day sun trap and safe for children and dogs. Stairs leading to the first floor: Bedroom 1 has bunk beds with a window overlooking School Lane and Teign Valley hills beyond. Bedroom 2 is a double with a built-in mirror wardrobe and window overlooking Albion Street. The family bathroom has a shower over the bath, toilet and basin. Stairs lead to the top floor: Bedroom 3 has a king-size bed with bedside drawers, lamps, a dressing table and a TV on the wall (Please use the Paddle Cottage Netflix account). The modern refurbished bathroom has a walk-in shower, mixer taps toilet and basin. The roof terrace has a coffee table and two seats and metal railings for safety.
