We needed a place to stay while our floors were being refinished. This was a nice break from town life to country life for a week. The home is spacious and has everything you need. It's beyond quiet and my kids were thrilled to play by the creek, swing on the swing and see deer, turkeys and cows daily! My favorite spot was the front porch where I read a good book and had coffee on Saturday morning. My only negative thought would be the door lock pad is very confusing and we never could figure it out and the mattresses are VERY hard. All in all, it's a beautiful home, beautiful location and worth a stay!

We had a great time spending Easter at the main house! The property is large, peaceful, and set up for family entertaining. My 6 & 8-year-old had an incredible time playing and exploring outside. The wooden deck by the river is in need of repair, so I don't recommend walking around on it, but the sound and view of the river were nice. The kitchen is exceptionally well stocked, including spices! We were able to cook everything we wanted to easily. We are looking forward to staying here again and renting both the main house and cottage for a larger family gathering.

The Homestead Retreat was so peaceful and relaxing. Thoroughly enjoyed having coffee by the creek in the mornings. The local cider house was fun with the nicest staff. At night, we decompressed sitting on the porch listening to the frogs or watching the storm fronts roll in. It was the perfect escape from the daily rat race.

My daughter needs very argent surgery Appendix in Seattle children hospital so i call and contact to change or reschedule or cancel my booking but they refuse to do any help for me very sad to have this in Airbnb.
