Magnificent recently refurbished and furnished flat located very close to Puerta del Sol, the most central place in the whole city, and Madrid's Gran Via. Very bright, spacious and with views to the exterior. It has all the necessary amenities to have an unforgettable stay in Madrid. Wifi, Smart TV, electrical appliances... More than 8 years of experience behind us, we will be happy to accommodate you. It does not have a lift. The flat is located on the third floor and has three bedrooms, two of them with double beds and one with a 90cm single bed, and three bathrooms, two of which are en-suite. The bedrooms also have large wardrobes. It also has a large living-dining room, Smart TV and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and complete crockery. It has air conditioning in all rooms, gas heating and LED lighting.

Casa bella e in posizione ottima. Servizio pessimo. Non mi ha risposto per un giorno e non mi ha trovato una soluzione fino al giorno successivo. Non c’erano le lenzuola, abbiamo dormito sulla plastica dei materassi, non c’era la password del Wi-Fi, il letto singolo ha una dimensione molto più piccola rispetto ai letti singoli normali.
El apartamento está muy bien si eliges quedarte en el centro, en plena calle Montera. Si es así, es totalmente recomendable. En nuestro caso no lo contratamos directamente porque no nos gusta la zona centro, nos pasó lo siguiente: dos días antes de nuestro viaje el anfitrión nos indicó que el que teníamos reservado en Malasaña había cambiado de propietario (¿esto se sabe dos días antes?) y nos ofreció esta alternativa, que resultó estar en la calle Montera (un barrio totalmente diferente, mucho más bullicioso), además de tener una de las tres habitaciones más pequeña que el anterior. A pesar de esto, nos pidió que pagásemos la misma cantidad de la reserva inicial. Con tan poco margen tuvimos que aceptar. Probablemente fuimos de los primeros clientes porque al apartamento le faltaban las últimas instalaciones y no tiene ni wifi ni televisión, a pesar de estar anunciados. Preguntamos varias veces por la falta de estos servicios y nunca llegamos a tener respuesta.

Every December 31st, thousands of people gather here to greet the new year to the sound of the twelve chimes of the clock. At night, the area never stops being alive and walking towards the Gran Vía, which is only 5 minutes away, you can find all kinds of leisure activities and bars open almost 24 hours a day. The Coliseum, Lope de Vega, Rialto, Calderón, Fígaro - Adolfo Marsillach, Pequeño Teatro Gran Vía, Teatro EDP Gran Vía and Muñoz Seca and Príncipe Gran Vía theatres are located within a little more than a kilometre. The Sol-Gran Vía area is also one of the most important shopping areas in Madrid, a day's shopping here is like strolling through a large open-air shopping centre.
Subway: Sol station (L1, L2 and L3) less than 5 minutes walk.
Bus: Line 002, Gran Vía stop, less than 5 minutes walk.
Renfe Cercanías (commuter): Sol Station, lines C3, C4, C4a and C4b, less than 5 minutes walking distance.
