The apartment is located on Hillel Street, near the Bahi gardens, Lively Masada Street and The German Colony, a walking distance to subway and bus stops, providing convenient transportation options. Inside, you'll find a stylish living area, a fully equipped kitchen, cozy bedrooms, and an elegant bathroom. Additionally, there's a charming balcony where you can relax. My apartment is 50 sqm with a balcony. It features one large bedroom with a queen-size bed (190x160). One small bedroom with double bed (190x140) . In addition, there are 2 sofas that turn into a single bed with a mattress that spreads over them for maximum comfort. There are air conditioners and ceiling fans in all room's. The living room and the main bedroom includes a 42" Smart TV. the small bed room and the entrance have 32-inch TVs. all the TVs with Netflix, YouTube and more. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, stoves, , espresso machine, kettle, and Everything you need to cook and eat . the Dining table opens with 6 chairs that are in the house Note that our building is an average Israeli old building, but the apartment has been fully renovated with luxurious infrastructure.

The Airbnb was beautiful, centrally located and very well kept! Clean and tidy. Had everything we expected and more! We will stay again when we return to Haifa

My friend and I wanted a place that was close to the Bahá’í Gardens but also walkable to and from Ben Gurion street. Moshe’s place is modern, aesthetic, clean and thoughtfully set up for travelers. The beds were comfy and great for restful sleep. Closets for clothes. Each room has a desk. Loved the little entryway because it rained a lot and we could leave our shoes and umbrellas near the door. Though the place isn’t large you could definitely fit 2 more people on the fold out coach and chair. Clean well-appointed bathroom—even laundry soap for the washer dryer which was great since we packed light. Kitchen has the basic cooking utensils you need, we made simple breakfasts. Can drink tap water but there is even a water filter. Temperature control for each area. We were two women and felt safe to walk at night. The neighborhood has interesting stairways to go between streets. Store nearby. Appreciated paying a bit more for the flexible cancellation policy. Highly recommend!

Parking is available on Hillel St Or on parallel streets. There are two types of parking spots on the street: free parking on the grey sidewalk, and parking on the blue and white sidewalk, which is free only between 19:00 to 9:00. During the day, parking costs about ~5 shekels per hour.
