Great place for a family gathering! We had 7 people staying here visiting 5 locals. We debated hotel rooms vs an Airbnb and we are very happy we decided on this Airbnb! The memories we made being together will be cherished for a long time. The kitchen is a good size for cooking meals and we were able to fit everyone in the dining room! Having lots of beds and bedrooms allowed everyone to have their own space and sleep comfortably. Very close to cafes and multiple parks—all of which are in walking distance.

Five stars all the way! We recently hosted an executive retreat in Seattle for seven CEOs, and I cannot express enough how impressed we were with the accommodations. The place was of A-class standard, offering each individual a queen or king bed with impeccably clean and comfortable attached bathrooms. The amenities provided were top-notch, and the location was simply unbeatable. With the beautiful weather, we found ourselves walking everywhere conveniently as the Capitol Hill neighborhood is very safe. Sherry, our host, was incredibly responsive and flexible, ensuring that our stay was nothing short of perfect. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to any group planning a trip to Seattle in the future. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!"

This is a very beautiful home. Lots of room and plenty of furnishings. The only down side to this location is it appears that the neighbors are very sensitive to noise. We never did have any problem with the neighbors but we were constantly worrying about having to be quiet. Not that we are a loud crowd but it was something that was constantly on our minds. And the outside amenities although beautiful and well taken care of are not usable due to needing to be careful regarding noise. This is an awesome place and I'd stay here again if ever back in Seattle. Just be aware that you will need to be quiet at all times.

We loved this AirBnB! Super roomy, very clean, and full of modern amenities. Great location in a walkable neighborhood. Sherry is super responsive and was very helpful in answering all our questions. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Sherry's place was so beautiful. The house was large but still felt very homey. The home was within walking distance of some great little breakfast places and restaurants. The 5 of us were there for the football game, and the Uber to the stadium was less than 5 min. This place will definitely be on our radar next trip to Seattle. Highly recommend this place.
