This cottage is in the quiet community of Bolsover where guest can enjoy 70ft of private waterfront on the Kawartha Lakes. Travel time from downtown Toronto is under 1.5hrs. Walking distance from amenities such as golf, basketball, playground, baseball, food market and LCBO. Please Note: This cottage is not pet friendly and is not suitable for parties or loud groups of friends. Our cottage is the perfect place to relax and make long lasting memories with family and friends. It is fully furnished and offers an open concept living space with three (3) large bedrooms, a double sized murphy bed (2 on the main floor, 1 on the lower floor with murphy bed in lower living room), and two (2) renovated bathrooms. It is air conditioned and heated for your family’s comfort no matter the weather. Our cottage has two living room spaces equipped with TVs, game consoles, board games, DVD player with DVDs, stream-able Wi-Fi, puzzles and reading material for kids and adults. Kid Friendly Our cottage is kid friendly and is equipped with kid cutlery, plates, and cups. There is a baby gate to block access to the mudroom and stairs to lower level. Kids can enjoy playing in the large and spacious lower living room that features a large screen TV, game consoles, board games, puzzles, and reading books (For ages 0 – 9). Bedrooms Bedroom 1: Features a queen size bed with full closet and window shade. Bedroom 2: Features a queen size bed with full closet and window shade. Bedroom 3 (Lower Level): Features a queen size bed and twin-size bed with trundle and equipped with a dresser. Living Room 2 (Lower Level): Features large sectional, large screen TV, video games, board games, puzzles, reading material and double size murphy bed. Kitchen Features a stainless-steel fridge, oven, and dishwasher. It is equipped with all necessary utensils and tools - pots, pans, bowls, serving dishes, glasses, mugs, cutlery, and much more. There is also a microwave, toaster, kettle, and blender. Our cottage has an advanced filtration system that includes a UV light, so all water is safe for consumption. Outdoor: Whether you enjoy fun outdoor games and activities, or just some quiet time lounging in the sun and reading, this is the cottage for you and your family! The large yard and multiple seating and dining areas can accommodate both fun and excitement as well as rest and relaxation without impeding each other. You can enjoy this quiet lake with scenic views on our paddle boards, kayaks, canoe, or rent a boat at the harbor to go fishing. Go for a swim or lounge in the water on one of our inflatable floating chairs. Looking for some quiet time? Relax in our large outdoor sectional with umbrella or soak up the sun and watch the sunset on our Muskoka chairs by the water. You and your family can enjoy dining on our outdoor dining table or just sitting by the fire pit roasting marshmallows under the starry sky.
