House is clean and pretty as shown in the pics. Good neighborhood. Groceries and restaurants are nearby.
Cozy and comfortable.
Perfect setting to view the eclipse with my extended family. Beautiful back yard; we set out our lawn chairs and had a spectacular view! We were nice and close to Cuyahoga Falls for lots of hiking and the local town had some really cool hanging outs - Jenks and Yada yada coffee in particular. The house was spacious and accommodated the 8 of us very nicely. We weren’t crowded and had plenty of privacy. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Lots of options for food and shopping needs. Great experience!
House is exactly as described. Very clear instructions and communication. Quite neighborhood in close proximity to stores and restaurants. Pet friendly for 2 large dogs is always a plus.
Very quiet neighborhood in a safe location near great options for food and the national park. Definitely recommend to small families visiting the area. Well worth it. Thank you for sharing your home for our visit

We are childhood friends and business partners. We are originally from Canton, Ohio and now reside in the Cleveland area. We both graduated from The Ohio State University and started hosting on Airbnb in 2013. We started Cleveland House Hotels, which is a short term vacation property company in 2015. We have a full time cleaning staff and maintenance person on hand to take care of any issues. Niko (Nick) has been in the hospitality business for many years, having worked in hotels and restaurants. He owns a small diner in Old Brooklyn called Gus's Family Restaurant. He is married and has two children. In addition to cooking and owning a restaurant, Niko is the co-founder and COO of Cleveland House Hotels. Billy is a co-founder and CEO of Cleveland House Hotels. Billy is a successful real estate investor and has been in the sales business for over 15 years. He loves traveling and spending time with his son, William.
