Two bed, two bath with enormous open plan kitchen/dining/living space (27 x 21ft). Decorated beautifully with a mix of contemporary design and mid century and art deco period pieces.

Fantastic flat to stay at during our time in London. Well appointed apartment that was very comfortable and large enough for our family. Elizabeth was very helpful in providing a crib and high chair. There were also toys, books, and children’s cups, utensils etc. Elizabeth was extremely responsive throughout our stay and easy to communicate with. The flat is very close to a tube stop, and in a neighborhood with shops and many food options. Would definitely recommend staying here to anyone, especially families with small children.
We were so, so, so happy with our stay. Elizabeth was so kind and generous with info and flexibility, and her flat is GORGEOUS, clean, and comfortable. It is even bigger than it looks in photos, with beautiful art and furnishings, but somehow also very kid-friendly. It is a real person’s home — not a sterile place run by a management company. The area is residential, with a strip of shops just round the corner, and convenient to the northern tube line and plenty of buses. We felt so at home and I hope we can stay again someday.
Absolutely lovely!!! Elizabeth was incredibly helpful, accommodating and generous. The airline lost our luggage and she went out of her way to help us get some items to make our vacation smoother! Her home is stunning, comfortable and very toddler friendly!! Our daughter had the best time! The location is a dream! The flat is on a quiet, beautiful street that was walkable to so many restaurants, shops, playgrounds, and the underground. So grateful we found Elizabeth’s place!!!
This was a great place to stay! It was clean and decorated beautifully. The location was ideal because you could easily walk to busier areas with food, drink, parks etc. but it was a quiet street that felt peaceful and safe. Elizabeth was helpful and communicative, back check in/out was smooth. Highly recommend!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The flat is amazing! We love the Belsize area and the location of this flat is perfect. You're close to everything yet it was a very quiet and peaceful space. The bed was extremely comfortable and everything was clean and very tasteful. I'd highly recommend this great spot and we'd definitely stay here again! Thank you so much.

Belsize Park, nestled between Primrose Hill and Hampstead, is one of the most beautiful, desirable areas of London. Situated to the North of Regents Park, it is extremely well connected - you can be in central London in 15 minutes via the underground. There's a local, leafy neighborhood feel with independent cafe's, deli's and florists.
Walk for a coffee to the neighborhood spots; England's Lane or Belsize Village in 5 minutes. Walk to Primrose Hill in 7 minutes and Hampstead in 10 minutes. On a nice day, you can walk through Primrose Hill and Regents Park to get to Marylebone in 45 minutes. The Belsize Park tube is a few minutes walk away which connects you to any part of London. Guest parking is available on the street if requested.
