The check in was difficult because of the distance where we have to go to get the key. The first code given was wrong and then we have to wait 1h to receive the good code to get the key. At the entrance the apartment was not clean due to an issue with the clean up. But still we had wanted to know it before, especially because after we had to let the clean up team work. We lost 3h versus the normal time of check in. When it was the time for the check out, we gently asked for a departure at 13h instead of 11h. Normally this kind of request is not a problem, especially knowing how we had to be flexible for the check in (perdendo 3h). But this was refused, it seems that it is only us who should show flexibility, when we asked for some in return, it was refused. Regarding the apartment it’s location is quite good, and apartment itself is nice.
