Welcome to "Kutschker Apartments" - a higher quality of living. This beautiful apartment is situated at one of Vienna's most renowned locations - the Kutschkermarkt. The apartment accommodates 4 people (two 1.80x2.00m beds). The elegantly furnished apartment ensures pure luxury throughout your stay. Kitchen/dining room/living room, 2 bedrooms, a lovely bathroom, separate WC, free Wi-Fi, TV, coffee machine, towels, king-size bed. The apartment is located in the inner courtyard and very quiet, it is laid out as follows: Entrance hall: From the entrance hall, you can access the living room, the kitchen-dining area, the bathroom, and the separate toilet. Kitchen-dining area: Oriented towards the inner courtyard, very bright and tranquil. The kitchen is also located there. Bedroom 1: Accessed from the living room, the windows are also facing the inner courtyard. Equally bright and peaceful. Bedroom 2: Accessible from the first bedroom, unfortunately, it doesn't have windows to the outside, but there is a skylight above the door to provide sufficient natural light. Bathroom: Accessed from the entrance hall. Washing machine, bathtub, and sink. Separate toilet. The apartment is spacious and offers enough space and sleeping options for 4 people.

The apartment is a cozy place located in a lovely neighbourhood with a local market. The position is excellent and close to the city center. Santino is an excellent host who is responsive and accommodated my request for a later checkout. Highly recommended!
Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft und der Kommunikation im Vorfeld mit dem Santino. Alles hat super geklappt. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder. LG

Wir waren für 4 Tage bei Santino in Wien in dem neuen Appartement, Kommunikation mit Santino klappte immer sehr gut und er versuchte die paar Kleinigkeiten die wir ansprachen zu lösen, Wohnung ist halt noch nicht ganz fertig saniert es fehlte aber kaum etwas Essentielles. Es war aber auch so in der Anzeige darauf hingewiesen worden, das die Wohnung ganz neu saniert ist. Wir hatten ein paar sehr schöne Tage in Wien und würden auch auf jeden Fall wieder bei Santino übernachten. Beste Grüße Friedrich Bauer
