You can enjoy your meals in the TV lounge while watching movies on a 55-inch Android LCD. Please note that due to electricity backup changeovers there may be 15 to 30 minutes of load shedding. An iron with a stand is available for your use, and you can store your food in the refrigerator without any worries about its safety. Welcome to our luxurious apartment, fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy a comfortable stay. The apartment features a super comfortable king-size bed in the bedroom, which is also equipped with a full-sized mirror. The TV lounge is perfect for relaxing and watching your favorite shows or movies on the 55-inch Android LCD. The lounge also includes a comfortable five-person sofa setting for your convenience. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, including a cooking pot, fry pan, water kettle, bread toaster, microwave oven, and refrigerator. In addition, we provide fresh towels, toiletries, and kitchen appliances for your comfort. Please use eco-friendly settings and recycle your waste using the waste bags provided to help us keep the environment clean. —- house rules— •one room will be lock during stay if booking is for 2 guests only. •No parties or events allowed on the premises. •No birthday decorations, flowers, or any other decorative items to be placed on the walls or any other surface in the apartment. •The maximum number of guests allowed in the apartment is limited to three people. •Family and couples are welcome to book. •No boy's party is allowed in the apartment. • smoking, is allowed in TV lounge Strictly no smoking inside the bedroom , wash room. If you need extra ashtrays, please ask, but kindly take care of the ash and dispose of it properly. •Please do not leave any mess or rubbish behind, and dispose of all waste in the designated bins. •Please turn off all lights, air conditioning, and other electronics when you leave the apartment. Close all windows and lock the doors before leaving. •No loud noise is permitted inside or outside the apartment to maintain the peace and tranquility of the building. •Please take care of the apartment keys while hanging out. •Please avoid eating inside the bedroom and enjoy your meals in the lounge.
