Lovely Victorian home in a quiet cul-de-sac a short walking distance to Maling Road. Large back yard perfect for relaxing under the oak tree. Three bedrooms with queen sized beds and a study. If you're musically inclined there is a piano in the front room with room on a couch for an audience. The kitchen is well equipped with a large stove, dishwasher and microwave. The bathroom has a shower and a toilet. There is also a Powder room with a toilet. Free WiFi and Foxtel.

Thank you to Maria for opening up her beautiful home for us. It was extremely clean, beautifully furnished and exceeded our expectations. Our team arrived after 10 pm and was so pleased to find fresh milk ready for a well earned cup of coffee after their journey. We would absolutely, stay here again and recommend this to everyone

Great location and close to the trains for easy access to the city. Well presented Victorian cottage that made you feel right at home. It was a lovely touch to have a Nespresso Coffee machine and milk provided.

Chatham Station is down the bottom of the street across Canterbury Road.
