Native Way is a no-through road, meaning no traffic noise. The street has mainly houses with several older apartment complexes. Our property is located in a townhouse complex of 13. The complex is called 'Amanda Court' and you can see the sign from the road. Unit 7 is located down the end of the driveway, on your right. We have a designated parking space on the right, as you make your way down the driveway. It is the closest car space to the white townhouse block. You can also park extra cars on the grass area on the left, as you drive down the driveway. There are some very old townhouses on the left side of the driveway, directly opposite our unit 7. The residents are all very quiet, lovely people. We would like all guests to be respectful and polite to the neighbours, all of whom live here long term. The whole property is surrounded by large vacant blocks of land, which provides a lovely private, bush outlook. It is very quiet, you will hear the ocean at night. The beaches, parks, river access, boat ramp, whale watching lookout are all a 5-10 minute walk, or a 1-2 minute drive up the street. There are no shops at all, you will need to drive back into Moruya town center (6 minutes) to buy anything. Some of the beaches are dog friendly. Shelley beach is a protected, calm beach, great for kids. It also has a grassy area with BBQ's and seating, great for picnics. There is a lovely children's park, with seating and BBQ's right next to South Head beach (as seen in the photos). All are easily found using maps on your phone. During the summer months South Head beach is patrolled with life guards.

The designated car park is on the right, as you head down the driveway. Our park is the closest one to the white townhouses. There is extra parking available on the grassy area on your left as you head down the driveway. The beaches, parks and river are a 5-10 minute walk, mostly on footpaths. We highly recommend a leisurely walk! It is lovely, without much traffic, and lots of bushland and water access. The walk to South Head beach and playground is mostly flat, and great for kids with bikes or scooters. Generally, our end of the neighbourhood is flat and there are substantial bike paths all the way back to Moruya town center, although there are some hills on your way.
There’s no shops though. Head into Moruya if you need to buy anything.
