The house and property were exceptionally clean. The host called ahead of checkin to let us know everything was ready for our arrival. She also left an adorable welcome basket with some wonderful treats on the kitchen table. The amenities were A++++. There were only two things that we were disappointed in and they were that there were not any good shopping/restaurants nearby and the TV was a little complicated to know what we could watch (neither of these are really any fault of the owner). We did not want to go into any programs that would add charges to the cottage owner. I would definitely have no problem in recommending this rental to friends.
Loved this little cottage...was very peaceful and serene. Nice, clean and great location right on the lake. Would definitely love to stay agsin in the future.
We had a great weekend at Lake Martin! This little cottage was the perfect size for my husband and I.
