Here you’ll find a recreation area that includes a poker table, sectional sofa, tv and mini kitchen. There are two king bedrooms and a bunk room that sleeps six on this first floor. An interior elevator provides access to all three floors. The second floor is also grand, with a chef’s kitchen that includes a six-burner gas stove and griddle, two dishwashers, two microwaves and an island with seating for 7. There is a lovely balcony overlooking the back yard with additional dining space, couches and a tv. Also, on this floor there are two king bedrooms and another bunk room that sleeps six. The third floor has a mini kitchen, front and back balconies, and four king bedrooms. This house can comfortably sleep twenty-eight making it perfect for family reunions, retreats, or multi family gatherings on 30A. ABOUT THE AREA: Blue Mountain is one of the 30A coastal communities that rests between Gulf Place and Grayton Beach. The Blue Mountain community is known for having a quieter family atmosphere compared to some of the other communities but still provides ample restaurants, shops and activities. BEACH ACCESS: Gulfview Heights beach access is the closest to 30A Born 2 Beach (approximately 1800 ft from the house). It has parking, restrooms, showers, picnic tables with shelter, and lifeguards during peak season. From the house, turn right on 30A and left at Goatfeathers Seafood restaurant at Gulfview Heights street, to the end.
