Amazing place! Wonderful location and cozy place to stay. Every room has its own air-con which is useful to dehumidify the room. The best part is bathing in the jacuzzi on the roof top while watching the sunset! We really enjoy our stay here!

George our host was responsive and offered to help with our lost luggage situation. Silvia made sure our home was clean and fully stocked everyday, she is so kind. George had porters to help us with our 6 suitcases on our arrival day and when we needed to leave at 5am! Going in the winter means the typical number of restaurants aren’t open like during the summer months; George made sure we knew which restaurants were open and Pelican Kipos was simply amazing!

This stay was exactly as described. Overlooking the ocean, built into the side of a cliff, the accommodations were extremely unique and so spectacular. The home was always pristine, thanks to a very conscientious cleaning staff. The host was extremely attentive as well, always responding promptly and with a friendly demeanor. I would stay here again in a heartbeat, and would recommend it to anyone looking for a central location with options of relaxation or being in the mix of the crowds. Either way, this is the place.

Perfection! The villa is beautiful, large, architecturally interesting, thoughtfully decorated (with real art!), and very well maintained. The hosts are amazing through the whole process—picked me up from my last place, took my luggage early (I arrived before check-in), recommended great places to eat, met me and personally guided me to the villa, gave me a little tour of it, arranged my airport transfer home, and were super responsive the whole time. I didn't notice in the listing that they deliver breakfast every day free of charge, which was a really nice touch. Daily housekeeping is also included. I was entirely satisfied and very highly recommend!
