Excelent apartment in the perfect location at Reñaca. It has everything that you need for a great time at the beach

The apartment is well located and has an excellent view from the balcony. The top floor is very spacious and perfect for spending family time. However unfortunately the apartment is showing its age and would benefit massively from some improvements. In particular the carpets in the bedrooms had an unpleasant smell, the wooden beds are old and creaky and the boiler needs maintenance to fix a leak. Rossana did have the pool table resurfaced while we were there as it was in disrepair, but the pool cues also need replacing. With some investment it would be a fantastic apartment in an amazing location, but as it is, it is not great value for money.

Excelente ubicación, buenas prestaciones, pasamos un Año Nuevo muy bueno. Lo que más rescato es la terraza que alberga a varias personas.

Ubicacion inmejorable, mucha amplitud y comodidad. Ideal para pasar unas vacaciones en Reñaca.
