We have really enjoyed our stay at this lovely house. Lots of space, spotlessly clean and has everything you need. The location is amazing being so close to harbour, town and beach. We had lots of recommendations of places to eat from the host Amy who was really helpful! And a lovely welcome gift too. Thank you so much. We didn’t want to leave we really enjoyed our stay!
Beautifully clean! Welcome gift was very appreciated! Close to harbour but set back enough to be away from crowds!
My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend with our three year old daughter and we all had a wonderful stay. Self check-in made it very easy and and there was a welcome hamper waiting for us on arrival which was a lovely touch. The house is beautifully decorated, immaculately clean and it had everything we needed to feel right at home. The location is very convenient, it’s just a few minutes walk to the harbour and very close to the shops and beach. We’d love to stay again at some point!
Very Nice place to stay on holiday Within walking distance of the Town center and the beach. Close to a playground for children Quiet and clean
We had a wonderful week long stay at this holiday home! It’s been beautifully and tastefully modernised. The main bedroom has a lovely view over the harbour and we could very clearly watch the Monday night fireworks along the beach front from the house! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you can think of, and they kindly left some tasty goodies for us on arrival. Very clean throughout. Amy was a very responsive host and got to us immediately when we had any queries. We found the parking to be tricky. Most days we had to park a 10 minute walk away from the property which wasn’t ideal with 2 small children. However, if you plan to stay mostly in Weymouth town/beach itself, everything is so close by so doesn’t require you to drive. It is a minute walk to the harbour and 3 minutes into town. A very lovely holiday home!
Beach - 0 miles
Drive into Weymouth following signs for the harbour, you'll reach ASDA - continue up boot hill and stay on Portland Rd until you reach the 2nd set of traffic lights - turn left into Rodwell Avenue. Follow the road until you reach Newberry Road (at the bottom of the hill on the left). Turn up into Newberry Road, park here if you can. Once parked up, walk to the top of Newberry Rd, turn left into St Leonards Rd, and then first right and you'll see the pub 'Chapelhay Tavern' in front of you. Walk past the Tavern Pub down to Trinity Terrace, and the cottage will be on your right hand side in the row of cottages.
