Step into Island Life in this newly furnished, beautiful HEATED POOL home situated between the Intercoastal and the white sandy beaches of Anastasia Island. Just a short walk, bike ride, or drive (.6 miles) to our famous beaches. Just as magnificent is the private outdoor oasis, including the expansive lanai and screened in heated pool with plenty of room to relax throughout the area. Great for family gatherings, entertaining, and enjoying the sunsets, with water views of the coquina pond. This gorgeous, newly furnished beach home starts with a large, vaulted ceiling living area with plenty of comfortable seating for family & friends, a sunlight filled family room including a sofa sleeper and a 50" flat screen TV where kids can hangout, a large dining area to gather for meals or game night, a kitchen nook with cozy seating for 4, situated next to the fully stocked coffee bar, including a regular drip, K-cups, or French press coffee maker. The Huge master bedroom includes a king sized bed and 50" flat screen TV with an ensuite bathroom that boasts a garden tub and extra large walk-in shower. On the other side of the house, there are 2 additional bedrooms each with super comfy queen beds, and another full bathroom with a tub/shower. Even more breathtaking is the outdoor space. There are countless areas to relax and enjoy the heated salt water pool, or sit comfortably while grilling your favorite meal. There is a large table as well so you can spend meal time enjoying the beautiful tropical climate. Stretch out with your favorite cocktail while you view the evening sunsets with water views of the coquina pond. Your pups will also have plenty of space to roam and enjoy the fully fenced in backyard. If you prefer, there is a covered front porch with relaxing seating as well. There is plenty of space for the entire family (or two families) to create wonderful memories. Don't worry about having to do loads of laundry after you leave this lovely vacation home, because we provide a full washer & dryer for your use.

Mary’s home is extremely lovely. Well planned out ,well decorated, great for a family, beautiful pool,location close to everything and in a quiet pristine neighborhood. She was extreme easy to communicate with. Her team is very responsive. We never felt lost or any time delay in their responses. . The home is more beautiful than the photos. Especially the back area around the pool on the water side just lovely. It was the perfect place for my husband and I to relax for private family time . Thank you for being so gracious to us and our service animals .
Everything was great from the start of the week until we left to come home. The home was just as described. It was extremely clean. The bed was as comfortable as mine is at home, and I had no problem sleeping while I was there. The other furnishings were just as the pictures portrayed. There were no surprises. The pool was clean and very nice. Mary provided everything that you would need for a several weeks’ stay. I was actually amazed at how much thought she has put into the home in order to make your stay as comfortable as possible. There is always a certain amount of apprehension when you rent a home for your vacation. Rent this home without one moment of worry. You will not regret your decision.

Mary had offered a clean, very well supplied and beautiful home. Our vacation was a very good and relaxing one. The weather was awesome and we did so much sightseeing! Mary always responded back to us in a short time. We could not have asked for a better vacation. Mary was a wonderful host! We really enjoyed our time in Florida and look forward to our next stay.

The home is nestled in a cozy neighborhood on the west side of A1A between the beautiful Atlantic Ocean and the Intercoastal Waterway, just a short walk to the Beach or the Matanzas River.
Great place to walk your dogs, ride bikes or take an easy stroll to the sandy beach. Very close walk to the St. Anastasia Catholic Church (.25 miles). So many options for outdoor entertainment within minutes, sunning on the sandy beach, biking, kayaking, fishing, or boating.
There is plenty of parking in the driveway for vehicles or a boat. No parking is allowed on the street. There are 3 bikes available for guests to use.
